The Corpse of Soldier who Accompanied Ebony to be court marshaled
It has emerged that the soldier who accompanied Ebony
actually applied for a sick leave from work before embarking on the journey.
According to reports, the soldier acted against the
rules of the army, especially when he wore a uniform for an unofficial duty.
The soldier, who we gathered is an Air-force Lance Corporal, never informed his
superiors of what or where or who he’s going to be engaged with.
The deceased soldier
will be court marshaled and sentenced to 40 days in the military guardroom.
This means the body of the deceased soldier will be detained for 40 days before
being handed over to his family. Also, the bereaved family could be denied his
benefits.
The fatal accident of the music star has been linked to a
heap of sand which was stationed just at the road path where Ebony and her crew
were plying. In an attempt to swerve the heap of sand, the Jeep carrying all
three passengers crashed into a VIP bus leading to the immediate death of the
singer.
So far, the bodies of Ebony, the soldier and another man
are at Mankranso Hospital. As investigations are ongoing.
Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng is Ebony’s real name. She was
born on February 16, 1997. Ebony is a Ghanaian dancehall artist is widely known
for her hit songs "Poison" and "Kupe", she was discovered
by Bullet, a member of Ruff n Smooth fame. (Source:
